to share her knowledge and love of Japanese home-cooking. With an approach to healthy cooking inspired by traditional Japanese home food culture, Tsukasa's cooking style promotes optimal health, versatility and well-being. Living for years in Tokyo, London and Berlin, she has learned the tricks of uncovering healthy and playful culinary possibilities in the big city.
The service she offers through GOJI EATING allows clients to expand their tastes through personalized in-home Japanese-inspired cooking lessons for the European kitchen. This means, she learns the clients' existing relationship with their kitchen and the foods already familiar to them and the lessons grow from there. She also guides clients through local food finding and nutrition consultation.
